Considering we don’t have an official Google Chrome toolbar to download, and we also don’t have an API to create addons or extensions to build Webmaster or SEO functionality i’ve made a fix.
This will enable the following from Chrome when browsing:
- Google Cache
- Google Links
- Google Site:
- Search for URL
- Google Images from Site
- Google Info:
- Related Sites/Pages
- Translate Page to English
- Pages Indexed in Yahoo
- Pages Indexed in MSN
- Yahoo Directory
- Alexa Rank
- Compete.com Details
- Archive.org
- Delicious Bookmarks
- Technorati
- URL Mentions on Digg
- DomainTools Domain Lookup
- Validate Page HTML at W3C
- Validate Page CSS at W3C
- Highlight Nofollow Links Red
I’ve posted the details in the forum where it’s easier to update and format, so check out:

i keep learning about more and more little advantages and quirks with Chrome, such as with security, for example; now if only they would take care of it’s cookie management glitches…
How do I add these addons to Google Chrome?
Thanks

Leo - Click the link to the forum where you can find all the codes, just create a new bookmark, name it whatever you want and paste the code for the function in to the URL field.
Easy.
ciao
Thanks for sharing these great plugins with us!
As you can import your favorite links operated by Google bookmarks?

why won’t this spurl toolbar button work in chrome?
javascript:d=document;void(window.open(’http://www.spurl.net/spurl.php?v=3&title=’+encodeURIComponent(d.title)+’&url=’+encodeURIComponent(d.location.href)+’&blocked=’+encodeURIComponent(d.selection?d.selection.createRange().text:d.getSelection()),’_blank’,'width=450,height=550,status=no,resizable=yes,scrollbars=auto’))
again, with ‘code’ tags:
javascript:d=document;void(window.open('http://www.spurl.net/spurl.php?v=3&title='+encodeURIComponent(d.title)+'&url='+encodeURIComponent(d.location.href)+'&blocked='+encodeURIComponent(d.selection?d.selection.createRange().text:d.getSelection()),'_blank','width=450,height=550,status=no,resizable=yes,scrollbars=auto'))I like the WordTranslator feature of google toolbar.
How could I add it in Chrome?
Thanks!
What about “Autofill” can that be added?
Where can I download google toolbar for Chrome
Michael,
There is no Google toolbar for Chrome. If you want to use the Google toolbar, then you’ll need to stick with Firefox, at least for the time being. It’s a great shame as if it wasn’t for this, I’d be using Chrome all the time.
