During the recently concluded Google’s I/O conference, Google showcased Android tablets as well as notebooks running on Chrome OS. 
At that time it was believed that Android tablets would score over Chrome OS notebooks in terms of sales.
But going by the trend on Amazon.com, it has been revealed that Samsung Series 5 3G Chromebooks are outselling Android tablets. The Series 5 3G Chromebooks by Samsung is one of the hot selling products outsmarting even Samsung Galaxy Tab.
Samsung Chromebook – The Best Seller
In the laptop-only division of Amazon.com, Samsung Chromebook is best selling product in the top 5 which also includes a couple of MacBooks and Windows 7 computers. However, there is still some time to go before, Samsung Chromebooks can completely replace Windows computer and emerge as the number one selling product.
At the same time, there is still some way to go before the Samsung Chromebooks can overtake Android tablets in terms of sales. The exact number of sales figure of Samsung Series 5 Chromebooks is however, yet unknown.
