Fun Filled Chrome Clock And Smile Manager Extensions

Last week we released a fun filled theme for chrome, Toons Buttons, this time i am posting about a couple of fun filled extensions for chrome.

Chrome Clock Extension

A nice small little extension which adds an alarm clock functionality to your google chrome browse. Once installed it shows you the current time as per your local time settings.

To set an alarm, just click on the toolstrip, In the first field enter the “Hours” press enter, it will take you to the second field which is for “Minutes”. Enter the minutes’s number and then press enter, your alarm will be set. Basically when the alarm time is reached, the clock will flash in red taking your attention to it. To cancel the alarm just click on the clock toolstrip.

Not a very useful extension you might say but its surely worth a try for fun!

Smile Manager Extension

This is probably a much more useful extension than the clock extension if you use a lot of smilies to express yourself. This small extension shows you external smilies in the toolstrip and allows you to copy and paste the BBcode on message boards and forums with ease.

Just click the smiley image you want to use, press Ctrl+C afterwards and then you can paste it into the forums’ message box, smiles will reappear by themselves. To change to your own set of smiles, click on any smile with Ctrl pressed, and change the link, pressing Enter afterwards.

To get back to the default set of smiles, click on any smile holding Ctrl and Shift.
