I’ve tried using Google Chrome. Actually many people likes it, but personally I don’t appreciate Google Chrome that much. Maybe I’m still confused on its features.

I think it’s rather like a step similar to having telephone constantly connected that people nowadays ignore…! I’ve got no doubt that we will soon be constantly connected to Internet or whatever we will call it than; like today’s phonelines… So, the idea of storing everthing on the net and thus simplyfying a Lot of things sound still accurate.

An internet-based OS will be useless without a connection. Unless any country has a very stable & in-depth nation-wide coverage, this is not going to be the hit Google fans are expecting.

I would guess that Google has plans for being offline-enabled, similiar to GMail.

Anyway, this is a great idea & I’m glad to see it take off. The fine tuning & honing can take place in due time. Congrats to the Google team !
