    Tried the above fix no go tells me its not a valid setting!
    My problem is I install chrome>open >click on a link or webb address "any address" result is "AW SNAP" every time!
    I use chrome on 5 other computers 32 bit but when I try 64 bit with this one in vista or 7 that is the result!
    Don't know if it is hardware or what,Ive changed mobo from asus P5KPL-CM to Intel 965gtp same result cpu is Q6600 4gb ram dual boot 32 and 64 bit on 2 different hdd's!

    So this one has me beat have tried 3 or 4 forums all with the same answers!
    Anyhow thanks for your assistance,if I ever find a fix I will let you guys know!

    This is really weird.
    I'm typing this in chrome on Vista 64 bits right now.. no issue whatsoever...

    Good luck with that bug.. don't give up !
