Alright, well, I have Win7 64-bit (x86) and I use the newest version of Google Chrome.

This is not youtube, but the browser in general, but it usually happens with youtube. The audio will just not exist. I will not change any settings. For instance, I will be watching a video on youtube, pause it accidentally, then immediately resume, and no audio, at all. I know I have all of my audio settings all the way up, everything is plugged in correctly.

What is wrong?
