First a bug report...
I had two instances of Chrome running and after being away from my computer for several hours, when I returned I could not reload a single tab in either instance.
Reloading caused a blank white screen to appear.
Creating a new tab displayed an almost-blank screen. The thumbnails of my often-visited sites were not displayed but the bar at the very top which showed a recent Google search did appear.
I opened an instance of Firefox and copied each URL to Firefox, closed both instances of Chrome, and after reloading it worked as expected.
It did not, however give me the option of reloading tabs that were previously opened. It gave me this option once, but usually it does not.
Second, a question...
Is there anything I can do to ensure that Chrome will give me the option of loading the pages I was viewing before it crashed? Even if Chrome never crashed, I would still want this feature as Windows itself still crashes.
This is by far the biggest reason why I still use Firefox. Aside from the crash scenarios, I've found that it's also nice to be able to simply end the Firefox task before rebooting and be able to open it back up after a reboot and have all tabs reload (once in a while I find this fails to work).
