A program on my machine associated with Chrome writes (usually empty) files labeled etilqs_xxxxxxxxxxxx to the user temp directory (Win XP). This is extremely annoying because these files can not be erased unless Chrome is closed. Anyone know what this program is and how to eliminate it? I have googled this problem and the claim is that it is associated with Firefox but I do not have Firefox on my machine. Also mentioned is sqlite but I dont have that either. If Chrome is using these files, the least it could do is erase them when creating a new one.
