    Default full website not visible

    i am not able to see the whole website of toptenreviews.com in my browser google chrome
    i can see it wholly in firefox
    th upper part of the browser is not visible
    i think its some alignment problem
    please tell how to resolve it
    please look at this picture to know about this (attachment)
    upper part is not visible in this
    some cursor had actually come with two arrows and black colour and i did something and this is what happened
    some other pages are also like this
