    Default I am also having this problem.

    I am using the latest version of Chrome. The browser occasionally gets goofy and won't even load google. However after refreshing and reloading a few times it will finally work. I did try killing chrome and starting over, but that hasn't changed anything. (I made sure there were no leftover chrome.exe files running in task manager)

    I'm not sure why chrome is acting up....

    I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit, Chrome 5.0.375.70. A while ago I had exactly the same problem, nothing loaded, but I went to Options | Clear Browsing Data and everything returned to normal after a restart. Now the problem has returned with one site only: gmail. It's not the server, I can access my mail without problem with another browser. No idea what's going on.

    I have the same intermittent problem on a XP x86 SP3, MSE, Comodo(firewall only) v5.0.375.125, OpenDNS, LastPass and Evernote. Links work with a webpage but URL and searches typed in the address bar and favorites don't load and hang for several minutes. just a hourglass icon for a second or two. Then No loading ball, no page unavailable, no page not found, page is unchanged but will eventually load a few minutes later. Here is the best part page this will occur even if the page in already loaded in a different tab or different window.

    Running Windows 7 (64bit) Windows 8 Beta 64 bit AND Fedora17 Gnome3.4.
    Chrome version 20.0.1132.57 m

    Problems are only on my Win7 boot partition (Yes, with 2 HDD's i managed to triple boot my computer ^^ )

    Heres my issue. Load Chrome, google page doesnt load. And it never will load until I refresh. Now say I want to go to Toshib'a website to look for the right laptop charger for my Laptop. Toshiba.com will load. But any link on the Toshiba page that would open in its own tab or own mini-window.. will be blank. Forever. If i copy+Paste the URL for said page, and close chrome and open it back up, it also will not load. Now Say I go to facebook. Links in facebook that take me around but in the same tab & window work. Open a new tab or window? Nadda.

    This happens randomly. Not every time, but only recently has it started. I have the Comcast version of Norton interet security (all definitions are full updated, they just use the old clunky interface). Full scans find nothing. Malwarebytes finds nothing. Ccleaner finds no registry issues. Glary Utilities say i'm running smooth. In fact, everything on the computer runs great... except chrome. Which is freaken WEIRD because chrome always ran better than anything else.

    So.. in a word... HALP!

    Your browser must have an adware infection or may be the chrome installation has gone corrupt. Try re-installing Chrome and post back the results here with a screenshot of the problem.

    $(document).readyfunction() {
    $.address.crawlable(

    true).init(function (event) {
    $(
    'a.history').address();
    }).change(
    function(event) {
    ....load page
