I am trying to browse following website and every link on this website is displayed in a pop up window. this works perfectly well in IE whereas the pop ups are not coming up in chrome. any idea? do i need to enable pop ups from chrome? i am not getting any notification that the pop ups are blocked.

i had to separate the url with spaces because of the forum restrictions of min 15 posting to post a URL

another site for which i had to install fonts separately in c:\windows\fonts and IE is able to load those fonts, but chrome is not loading fonts and i can see all garbage characters on the webpage. URL is given below with space separating it.
