Did you try to open the page in an incognito window?

what is your OS?
What's the version of your Chrome?

Working fine here.

Try using http://62.146.53.71 (so it does not use DNS) and see if this does not help.

If that does not work, try adding the "--no-sandbox" flag to your command in a shortcut.
Do you have any firewall or antivirus that might conflict ? It could be a firewall issue..

If DNS is not working and it worked on IP, then try disabling dns caching...
And I know it doesn't work in sandbox, therefor I suggested to disable it to see if that would help.

Do you run it with admin-rights... ?

HHmmm i tried running Chrome without the shortcut extensions i used: --enable-extensions --enable-user-scripts --enable-greasemonkey --omnibox-popup-count=10 --old-new-tab-page
and the site worked, guess i'll have to track down whats causing the problem...
guess it's some userscript cause extensions are already integrated...

It was adsweep, I added the site to the whitelist and everything is fine now
