Hi Folks!
I'm a big fan of Chrome for the most part, but since a few hours ago, Chrome has stopped being able to search from the address bar; instead, it waits for Google.com for a few moments, then redirects to I-Google. I couldn't find any related settings to edit, and I don't believe there were any updates to my system since the last time I successfully searched from the address bar.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions - there's a good chance that this is my fault and not Google's.

Try going to this url: www.google.com/ncr

By going to this url, it resets the Google search regional settings... It might work.

Just found a new post in the Google Chrome Help - worked like a charm!

I had this problem. It just started one day randomly. Change the default search engine in the options to something else and try searching for anything in the address bar. It should work. Then change it back to Google and your problem should be fixed!
