Logmein doesn't work properly with Chrome. I need to use IE

DD-WRT is installed on my Linksys WRT54G v3 router and Chrome can't make certain changes in the configuration. I click the box desired, hit apply and the settings won't hold. I go to IE, do the same things and it works fine.

Obviously most Microsoft sites won't work properly including MSN moneycentral. I use the portfolio daily and need IE for that.

Also to no surprise, windows updates must be done on IE.

Chrome is lean and fast. Other than the above, it's great.

I have the same with a site that I edit with the Typo3 CMS, version 3.8.0 (I know, its old, but the owner is busy with other parties to change the CMS). I cannot edit the text of any of the screens: the editor(s) won't load.
Therefore I use know the Microsoft patch UASU IE7, that lets the CMS think that it is IE6 it's connected to. Not neat, but it works.
It should be helpful when Chrome works as IE6 and IE7 and ofcourse as CHROME!
It is soooo fast.

I agree with this bug, have same router with Linux installed, can't apply changes weather using Xp or Vista, so its for sure a Chrome issue.

Additional feature:
if you just type a partial domain name eg "cnn" in the address/lookup field and press <CTRL><ENTER> it prefixes the domain with "www" and suffixes with "com". Nice feature, but can we have this configurable, say to allow "co.uk" or "co.za" suffixes?

I've been using Chrome for a short while now, and generally it's very fast and good. I did notice however, the new Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), for travel to the USA, did not work. I had to use Firefox.

I can't get Yahoo Finance streaming quotes to work with Chrome. That is the only reason I've kept IE loaded.

Chrome beats IE hands down!

Some sites are coded and designed specifically for IE. There is a way to emulate IE in chrome tho. Check out this forum for more info. http://www.techsocket.com/forums/sho...er-with-chrome

The fields to customize weren't showing on KBB.com. Also I've noticed that most all secure (https) websites don't work.Dave
