Every time I perform a screen capture with SnagIt, the address bar turns black. This is more of an inconvenience than anything else, but it makes it so I have to restart chrome to remove the blackness.

I have tried PrintKey and the Ctrl-Print Screen, and they work fine. SnagIt is much more sophisticated, but tends to cause this problem .....

I am having to weigh the options right now ... use SnagIt and deal with the issues, or settle for less and use the simpler programs...
