I've just put up a basic page which will show your current Chrome Version, the Webkit Version Chrome is running along with your IP and ISP info.

You can access it in the forums navigation bar, it's the Browser Details page.

It's useful to see if Chrome updated and to what version, if Webkit updated, if a proxy is really masking your IP and ISP info and that sort of thing. You can also get just the Chrome and Webkit version by typing about: in Chrome.

Also this page doesn't store any info or show it to anyone else, it's only shown to you.

Update: I have also just added Flash and Java detection and version reporting.

Just wanted to point out though that the current latest version of Flash and Java are 10.0.22.87 and 1.6.0.14 respectively, so you can update the info at the bottom of the page at your leisure.
