@ming.xu : well to become a mod you first should be a proper member of our forum.. Get some more posts and be more active here solving other's problems, expressing your views, etc..

@darkyndy : i am afraid there are no moderator seats vacant at this point.. But we are thinking of doing some breaking changes which would lead to a lot of user-activity on our forum and probably the jobs of moderators would be extended and then perhaps we can look for more moderators..
