I was about to make an announcement on this.. As you guys know we are receiving our highest ever traffic on both ChromePlugins.org and ChromeExtensions.org and as a result sometimes the server is getting time-out.
So i guess its time to upgrade our servers with more RAM..
Please bear with us for the time being - and if you are making a long post then do copy the entire stuff you wrote just incase..
Hi Chrome. You run your own server? Surely not a PC at home on the kitchen table..? I pay very little to run hosting space for a couple of sites in the UK, and the servers are fast as hell and up 24/7.
I must say, I also find the lags and drop-offs in the past few days very annoying.

Hi michael,
actually i got a VPS which has got only 2 sites -> Chromeplugins and Chromeextensions.. I think you are saying about shared hosting, but our sites using quite a lot of RAM and resources so a shared hosting is not an option..
We might move to Dedicated Server Hosting - which is just like running your own server, but fully managed by the hosting company..
