    Hello everybody!

We are very pleased to inform you that we are adding many new features to the Chromeplugins community

You will be seeing these changes roll out over the following week.

Hello, I wish you all the best with your endeavor...

Do these changes involve a better response time from Chromeplugins in general?

Yes.. we would be integrating everything which was long demanded earlier.. We would be revamping the front page as well - just need some time - first would get the forum upto date. And then we can move to faster servers in needed in another 1 day. So everything shall be fine. Once major changes are done - all members would be receiving an email and hopefully our community would be back to life (in terms of posts and member activity).

Kindly, list all the changes you would like to see in this thread. We would most likely be including most of those.

Hi & congratulations on the new look!

I already have a request but I'm not sure I'll be wording it correctly.

On my screen (Dell laptop 1545 with a horizontal width of 13.55 in), the forum page is now flanked by white space approx 1.5-2 inches wide. It doesn't go away even with the PrivateClothes extension I use in order not to see excessive white on the screen (which strains my eyes). Any suggestions on how to handle this?

Here's one site also using vBulletin that doesn't have the white spaces:
    http://www.wilderssecurity.com/index.php

    and another:

Some changes have been made to how users operate to prevent spam and increase forum activity:

Newly Registered Users is a group for all the users that have less than 15 posts.
    They cannot have signatures

Registered Users is the group that users will be put into after they reach 15 posts and they will have full access to forum features.

You can tell the difference between the two user groups by the shade of usernames. Lighter shade represents "Newly Registered" and darker one represents "Registered Users".

    Looks great so far. :]
Post requirements have always seemed to cause spam from what I've seen, though. It's just my opinion, but I think if there was a capcha for like the first five posts or something instead, we could be a little more sure about the user's authenticity (as a human).
Not word capchas, more like the newage puzzle capchas.
