Another forum that I'm a member on, that also seems to be running vBulletin, has some extra options under :
Edit options >> Date & Time options

These allow changing the date or time format.

Where I'm from (Sweden) we use 24h-format instead of 12h-format.
And we never use MM-DD-YYYY as date format.

If needed I can give reasons why these current formats are inferior (don't get me started on the imperial system), but at the moment I'm happy just to be answered if these options exists but are hidden by site admin.

I'm sorry if I come off as a douche, but I'm just trying to give constructive advice, to make the forums even better .

I think it is a matter of configuration and not sure whether additional modules are required;
however this option is not available in this forum for the time being
