I would like to dual boot Windows 7 (already installed) with Chromium OS (to be installed).
I'll have to partitions, one with Windows 7 and another one empty, for Chromium OS. I need instructions/tips, on how to install the Chromium OS on the empty partition, without screwing up Windows boot loader, making an entry in Windows bootloader for both operating systems.

Can anyone help?

Like Windows 7, Google Chrome isn't the end-all. As people here have suggested, it's Linux, but there will be differences. Right now it's designed for Netbooks, to make them faster and cheaper. Because it's open source, it will quickly develop into a system that will give Microsoft a good run for its money. It won't win of course, because as you have shown in your question, people love Microsoft hype. I'm hanging on to XP and shall continue to do so until Chrome becomes a viable alternative. Anything Microsoft creates will be vulnerable within a month because so many hackers hate the company. You can hardly become the world's richest man and say you haven't been ripping people off. Google on the other hand, have become the richest company without ripping anyone off.

Chrome OS ll be good Operating system but in my thought its only good for business professionals and web surfer for the purpose of security. when talk about home users , they still love Windows XP , Vista , And windows 7. they know how to fix their operating system. on linux base Operating system you can't install .exe files thats the big advantage for microsoft the FILE system . the games and a lot of smart applications first come in .exe formats then for other systems. so hope these free operating source do something to make their operating system user friendly like Microsoft Windows.
