Default Don't start where I want to

I just wiped my computer and have finish reloading my computer. I use Chrome home as my browse and I use a photo in my pictures folder as the background. All was OK until I loaded Babylon as my translating software ( in loading it I unchecked to make Babylon as my browser). But the next time open Chrome , there was Babylon. I went to Internet Options in Control Panel , sure enough theres Babylon in the Home Page box. I changed it to http://www.google.com/ , but that gave me the "Oops! Google Chrome could not find google chrome" and up in the address bar is "google%20chrome". So I click on the "Google Home" on that same window , and the window that I wanted finally comes up. I tried everything I can think of (short of deleting and reinstalling Google Chrome again). Keep up the good work and thanks funnnyfarm
