    Thanks, cocomonk22! It's working great now...unfortunately it's using the Java client, though. Perhaps that was the point from the beginning, but I much prefer the mozilla client. Fitting to screen in the Java client doesn't resample the view, so it's distorted and pixelated. Do you know of any way to get Chrome to use the Mozilla plugin?

    Thats really help

    Now I connected but redirecting it s not works automatically, I must to enter manually https://secure.logmein.com/connect_mozilla.asp and then works great

    I have tried using LogMeIn from chrome browser and it works perfectly fine for me. As you are facing problems with the same, you may try using alternatives to LogMeIn such as a RHUB remote support server.
