I am having the same problem trying to install the NoSpeedDial.js file. Everything is correct, and I am using the newest beta version. I have read through all that is said above and double checked, and I can find nothing wrong. it just doesn't work. I have tried clicking on the file directly to open it and I recieve a runtime error, code 800A1391, that says the 'document is undefined.
Just to be clear, my path is C:\Users\owner\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\User Scripts\NoSpeedDial.user.js
