This is a discussion on AdSweep - Extensions for NoSpeedDial and Flash Block within the Chrome Plugins section, part of the Google Chrome category: If you use AdSweep (either the Extension or User Script) you may well have tried using the extension for NoSpeedDial ...

Default AdSweep - Extensions for NoSpeedDial and Flash Block

If you use AdSweep (either the Extension or User Script) you may well have tried using the extension for NoSpeedDial and found it didn't work (It loaded a blank opening page and the new tab still showed your 'most visited').

I've spoken to Charles at Landemaine (the author) via email and he has now fixed the problem.

In addition, the Flash Block extension showed AdSweep as the extension name when you used chrome-ui://extensions/ to display installed extensions, this has also been fixed ...

    Enjoy :-D

Thought everybody knew about the AdSweep web site - lmao

I'd change the colour on Portable Chrome from yellow, it's a bit hard to read :-)

    Enjoy :-D

That "nospeeddial" user script still does not work for me. I just downloaded that version on adsweep.org- it doesn't work. Opening a new tab still brings up all that stupid user history, most visited pages, etc...

Using latest regular version of Google chrome 1.0.154.59. Win XP.

EDIT- is there any plugin to get my MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON to work for scrolling in Chrome? It doesn't, which makes using the browser a pain.

EDIT again- I updated to latest BETA ver. 2.0.172.8 - Well, my middle mouse button works- kinda. It sticks on until you click it again, but I downloaded and installed beta just to see if it made a difference with nospeeddial. It does not. NoSpeedDial still doesn't work. Other plugins do BTW.

You have to be on either the latest Beta or DEV channel for User Scripts to work ....

You need to install the Chrome Channel Changer and then update your version of Chrome....
