I figure out.
I add some lines in a file named "hosts ", such as:

IPaddress doc.google.com.

This is due to my country's policy to google, you know China, we are not allowed to visit google doc's https service. so I have to add these lines to the hosts file.

But every time it pops out the page is really annoying.

have you tried using a proxy ?
