Does anyone know if there's a specific file to break out search engine settings so I can copy to another PC? The entire profile may not work since the system may be on a different drive letter, but it would be nice if I didn't have to reconfigure all the search engines by hand.

Did you try it already? It might work, I am not sure the drive letter is relevant...

Your search engine list is contained in a file called "Web Data" and is located in your profile directory. This file is an SQLite database and contains alot more than just your search engine list, the table you want is the "keywords" table. If you only want that list you MaY be able to export and import it with something like......

....I say MaY because I have never tried it, in the very least this app can open the file and does have an import/export table function. If you try it please tell us of your experience with it.
Im actually a bit surprised that this isnt synced under Preferences, youd kinda think that it should aye?...but I dont have another computer to test if it does, sorry

...this does have an import/export feature and in the future will prolly do it on the web (google docs/bookmark sync, hes not sure how or when but it will come)
You can look at this wave where I pointed out how to use the bookmarks sync now to get the data to other computers using the bookmark sync by hand....

Oh and as for copying a profile to a different drive letter, Luc VN is right, it shouldnt matter at all
