I made a port of the "Browse images"-Firefox extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/591) which can be found here:

It scans the page on load for links to images and opens every found link in a single tab. Use with care. Opening a hundred tabs once ain`t fun all the time. ;-)
The original extension can do lot more than the port so far, but i`m waiting for some features to be implemented into the extension system e.g. drop-downs for an extension-menu.

It`s all about making the first steps in the extension system, but maybe someone is interested in this.
