I wrote a PageRank Status bookmarklet on Oct 07, 2008. However, it's based JavaScript plugins and not a really Chrome extension.

Google announced extensions for Chrome on May 12, 2009, the developers can develop and test Chrome extensions now. I just developed a PageRank Status extension, it's a really toolbar extension that automatically shows Google PageRank of the current web page.
