Oh one more request I have is something that changes "Ctrl-D" to use Google Bookmarks instead of Chromium's.

@Californinan
Chrome can't interact with devices plugged in your computer.
The device has to communicate with Chrome. What you need is not a Chrome extension.
Sorry :P Can't help you for that digital scanner.

This would actually be a pretty cool feature.
Is it possible to override a keyboard shortcut in Chrome? Cause I noticed it's not possible to override a right-click by standard means. (Chrome says "f you!" to copyright alerts. )

@Waha

Removes all SWFs:

On one site, some SWFs are still retained

You can't stop someone from using a right click. There's always a way around it. (The easiest one being disabling javascript)

As for overriding CTRL+D, it is possible.
Javascript keyboard events have a event.stopPropagation() method that captures the event but does not propagate it to the browser, thus overriding the default action.

I really wish there was a remake of the firefox webmail notifier for chrome. That is the only reason i have not uninstalled firefox. I use it to check email. this is the link to the FF extension.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4490

also i hate the way the download feature works for firefox. I like how IE and FF have a popout that shows the progress, sometimes i close chrome and lose a download because i forgot about it. A resume feature for downloads would be cool.

and lastly if they had a plugin that when you close chrome it ask if you want to close all tabs sometimes i accidently close chrome.

@Waha
Nice 'marklets. Out of sheer curiosity, is it possible to make them so they toggle on/off, instead of just stripping them and needing to refresh to get them back?

@Californian
You might check out the SuperGenPass bookmarklet. It's pretty snazzy.

Can you give me the link to test it with?

...
Maybe..see they remove the element from the DOM entirely, but it might be able to store a copy of it in a global variable to access later. But really, for all that work, hitting the Reload button is just as good as a "toggle on" don't you think? :]
