anyone know if there is a better right click and properties for chrome? in IE or FF when i right click an image and go to properties i can get the direct link to the image file. Sometimes i like to share with friends a photo link or whatever is there a extension or way to do that?

Right click the image -> " Copy image URL "

It's that simple.

I feel like an idiot lol. thanks i dont know how i missed that.

Do you know if its possible to have something like the webmail notifier like my earlier post had?

or a better download externsion?

also is there a way to make it if i close out my last tab that it doesnt close chrome but opens a new tab? bad habbit i picked up in FF that i seem to have to reopen chrome when i close the last tab.

A downloads API is proposed, but until that's added you can't really have a download manager extension.
As for webmail notifier..there's the Gmail one here. Though it doesn't use POP3 or anything, so unless the webmail client you want to get notifications from also has an rss feed, I don't think that's too possible.
As for the last one, I definitely want that one too. :]

Yeah the gmail notifier is cool but i also have a yahoo email and since yahoo is lame and wont let you forward emails free im forced to use a webmail notifier which checks my gmail and yahoo at the same time which is a time saver

Is the downloads API proposed to google or on here?

It's proposed in the sense that they're thinking about adding it/are fine tuning it.

BTW, you can enable POP access for Yahoo! for free by changing your preferred content to Yahoo! Asia ;-)
