There's no way to do that past replacing the entire password saving system (which would be slow and shotty).
Perhaps you could try something like this on your Chrome (or search the net for a free version). Granted your passwords will still be available to those who know how to get them, but they'll be safe from the people who only know how to view them by opening Chrome.

Sounds like a bit of file security wouldn't go amiss ...

Change the permissions on your Files/Folders, if you can't do it yourself get your companies IT System Administrator to do it ...

Better still, get your company to implement a 'PC Usage Policy Document' where the access of another persons personal data without their prior permission is a disciplinary issue (After all it is theft)...

They cannot, because your passwords are encrypted using some keys based on your user/pass couple.

So they, accessing with their own user/pass, cannot decrypt your passwords

You can make and load an NPAPI plug-in (which is a dll on Windows systems) in Chrome.
I've yet to successfully build one, though.
