Hello everyone! First post here :-)
Like most of you, I have used Firefox for quite a while and while I like it, I would like to move on to Google Chrome. The problem is that there's one fairly small plugin for Firefox that I just can't live without.
It's a plugin called "Back to Close" which is an updated version of an old plugin called "Back IS Close". Basically, it replaces the back button with a close tab button if there is nothing to go back to. For example, say I click on a link and it opens in a new tab. When I'm done reading that back, I just click the back button on my mouse and it will close the tab, since that tab has no history. When a tab has a history to it, it acts as a regular back button.
Recently, I've been able to duplicate this functionality using Firefox's "keyconfig" plugin, mapping the key combo "⌘[" to the code "gBrowser.removeCurrentTab();" but that doesn't seem to work in the keyconfig plugin for Chrome.
So any other ideas?!
Thanks in advance :-)
