    hi, what are the prerequisites on creating own plug in for chrome? or any url to read about it?

    I love MDI browsers like Opera and Avant. I don't think other browsers have MDI capabilities. (not tabs).

    So it would be cool to create a plug-in or app to make chrome MDI capable
