    Default Extension: GoogleDocsPDFViewer

When you have this extension installed, links to PDF files open in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

If some link is not recognised automatically (because, for instance, it does not end with .pdf), clicking on the extension's toolstrip button converts all links on the whole page to Google Docs Viewer links. (As a result, also normal pages will be opened in the Viewer. It will not be able to display them, but there will be a link named Download that will take you to the page, so there's nothing lost).

PS. I'm pretty sure I posted it also on chromeextensions.org but I feel that the upload engine really doesn't like me. I can't see the list of uploaded files so I don't even know if I finally uploaded the crx file or not. After I try to upload it, the page often hangs.

I like this one.. think I'll keep it. But could you make one change to the code, or add an option to open .pdf-files in a new tab/window? I really would appreciate that

I give it a 4+ for now ^^ 5 if this is implemented!! Cheers!

I like it as it is now - if I want the viewer to open in another tab, i just Ctrl+Click. But probably you're right that in some situations it would be nicer to have an option for opening in new tab by default. So I'll think about adding this as an option Should be done next week. The extension will be autoupdated.
