Default How do I do this on Chrome?

I want my bookmarks icon to be next to the address bar. On a 1920x1080 monitor, it feels ridiculous to need to take up extra horizontal space when the address bar is 3 times longer than it needs to be. Also, I know I can have a "bookmarks tree", but I'd much prefer the icons just be there.

    Thanks!

I've got just the extension to do this.

You can click on the star icon next to the options button to call up a bookmarks bar. Other than that, you can type into the bar to search through your bookmarks.

You can also install no.tify to get notifications for your Gmail, Google Reader and favorite blogs through RSS.
