    Default [New Ext] Bookmarklets Manager

I wrote this extension for some weeks ago, but I'd never post it here so it's done!

    Bookmarklets Manager

    Description:
A bookmarklets/bookmarks manager for having them under a single icon.

    Fully customizable extension.
Ctrl+Click opens links in a new background tab.
Menu popup let you open all the links of a folder.
Options page let you add up to 22 selected bookmarklets to install (see Extension Details on link page), and also add your own custom search engines.

Thats a REALLY good extension, well done.
The only things Id want is maybe an easier way to set the root folder (but its still ok), and a bookmarklet editor if possible, that would make it awesome.
And your options page is really nice, wish I could do html like that.

    Thanks.
An easier way to setup folder is in my to-do list, it's for the next release.
A bookmarklet editor is a good idea, I'll add it to the to-do list. Some long scripts can't be edited with the bookmark manager that comes with Chrome (the end of the code can't be seen...).

I've wrote code for this two function (easy root-folder setup and bookmarklets editor), and now I realize that chrome.bookmarks.update can only update the title... not the url.

What's the interest of this function actually? just rename folders...
I hope bookmarks.update will soon be update to modify url, otherwise there's a big problem with long script that the bookmark manager from Chrome can't edit. It's very annoying.

    I forgot about that, bumma.
I guess the best you could do is remove the bookmark after recording its parentid and index and then create it using those values. Dont know how well it would go, its all a bit beyond me.

Yes, you're right, it's a way to do it.
Maybe you can advise me... is there a rss page or something like that to follow the changes in the Chrome Extension API ?

Thanks for links. I already know the API link, but what I search is more a way to follow the updates of the extension API instead of search in the API doc what have been updated...
(I hope to be understood with my bad English ^^)
