+1 for Linux support. I'm using this extension on my windows machine and love it. Linux just happens to be my primary workstation and this is the only extension of its kind. Awesome job developing this app, hope you are able to port it for Linux in the future.

If you don't mind me asking, are there that many difference between the windows and Linux version of Chrome that causes this app to not work on Linux, or is it just a matter of how and where the data to be cleaned is stored?

I have just started using Click & Clean and I'm having a problem. Basically all I want is for all my history and cache to be erased when I close down the browser. That works but it also seems to be deleting my cookies even though I have that unchecked. So I always have to log back into all my sites (Digg, Google Reader, etc...). Even if I check the box on the site for "keep me logged in" I still have to log in after I have shut Chrome down.
What am I doing wrong? Obviously I realize this is safer and some sites I do not want to remain logged in to (Facebook, Amazon, etc..) but there are some that I do.

Any help?

Check your default Chrome options (Chrome wrench icon > Options > Under the Hood > Content settings.. > Cookies )
We will add the cookie whitelist in a future releases.

If i go to the click&clean options in Chrome, I can't open any of the options, nor can I click on help, feedback, forum, ... seems it doesn't work...
