I have 2 extensions which works hand in hand to provide notifications on your bookmarks bar, as well as a handy button to open a floating bookmarks bar that doesn't take up any screen real-estate.

Description :
- The bar doesn't take up any space, and is there only when you need it. Press the star icon to fire it up.
- Type on the bar to search bookmarks. Which include other bookmarks as well.
- Press enter to go to the first bookmark. Use arrow keys to navigate around if you don't like the mouse.
- Press alt-enter (just like in the omnibox) to open the bookmark in a new tab

- Install no.tify extension to get notifications on unread emails, unread blog posts / RSS feeds and changes on your favorite sites.

- Get notified about your Gmails and Emails without saving your password in the extension. Just stay logged in.
- Let your favorite blogs notify you of latest changes through their RSS feeds.
- Download notify items from the site below or set up your own through options page

Browser Compatibility : Chrome Stable and Beta. Should work on Dev channel also.

New Update! The new version of Awesome Bookmarks allow right click to open Edit Bookmark dialog so you can rename, delete or open Bookmarks Manager easily.

New version of no.tify includes really easy way to add no.tify items. Just click on the new icon on the URL bar and select the type you want to be notified of. Just that easy.

I am sorry there was a bug in the last version of no.tify. It has been updated and the bug should be eliminated.

I have released a new update to include folder support. Download it now if you wanted to have folder support.
