Are you checking for "Your Saved Sessions" folder under "Other Bookmarks"? I'm on the same build as you and it's working fine for me. I can't think of anything that would cause it to not work on one pc but not another running the same exact code.
Open "Bookmark manager".
Scroll to "Other Bookmarks".
Look for "Your Saved Sessions", it should be the first sub folder.
All your saved sessions should be in there.
I'm using chrome dev 4.0.206.1 and it works fine.
Btw, to anybody interested, the mole bug has been fixed in the chromium snapshots, so it's only a matter of days before they push it out to the dev build. I should have my extension fixed and the button text removed sometime next weekend assuming a dev build is released next week.
Can you make the icon image a nice bright one (so it stands out on the toolstrip), blue is so boring ;-)
I'll have a think ;-)
In the meantime there's this little safe ...
First off great plugin. It's just what Chrome needs and I like the way this one works better than SessionSaver.
But for some reason the Save and Cancel buttons are missing on my installation. I've tried disabling and re-enabling the extension, reloading it, and uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. I'm using Chrome 4.0.220.1 on Vista.
the buttons still work they are just pushed down because of some rendering change in chrome. Click somewhere on the mole and drag down and you'll see what I mean. I'll try to look into what's breaking it in a week or so when I've no classes.
like a previous poster, I can't find this download, or it doesn't work - if I go to the original page-1 post and try to d/l "Session Save.crx (5.5 KB, 3659 views)",
I get
a) a warning that it might be harmful, which I of course click away, and then
b) an advisory of: invalid value for 'permissions [0]'
...and no download.
