Having just updated to the latest Dev version, thought I'd reinstall Sticky Notes ...

    An installation error occurred ...

Could not install extension from 'C:\Path to my Chrome installation\Sticky Notes.crx'.
    Invalid value for 'content_scripts[0].matches[2]'.

BTW did you ever get a chance to look at the memory issue ?

Okay I updated it..I don't think the memory's growing anymore, at least it doesn't seem to go any higher than about ~14,200 KB for me. You can try it out and tell me what it's doing on your end though.

    Installed OK ...

With the In Window note you then have a small problem ...

The drag <-> at the bottom of the note is outside of the note boundaries (not on the black boundary)...

At the bottom right hand corner on the foreground there is the little triangle that I guess is there to expand the note by dragging diagonally (both directions at once ?) ..

The only problem is it drags the foreground off the note (expanding OK) leaving the background where it is ...

So if you take the colours that are the default Orange on Black, when you resize using diagonal drag the black remains the same size while the Orange expands ...

You can type into the resized foreground and save it with no problems....

The data is there when you re-open the note (with the slider if there is more info than is visible in the note window) ...

Still got memory creep, but not as much or as rapid as before (loaded @ 14716, after about 30 mins was up to 17340)...

That triangle is a Chrome thing for expanding textareas, for example, it's on this very reply box. ;P I have no control over it being there, and I tried to add ability to resize the window when using it, but to no avail (it doesn't change the css or anything).

However I did just notice the horizontal scrolling bar isn't tall enough.. :S
EDT: Fixed that, but I didn't upgrade the version number, so you might have to uninstall it and reinstall if you already installed 1.2 to get that fix. I'll look into more memory things later.

You must've double clicked an old version you had downloaded, because the manifest is fine.
