@phi
As I think I'm the only one that's got this installed and working, what I'm going to do is send you my email address via the personal message on here ...
What I need is for you to reply and I'll send you the JS ...
^got it, emailed you already sir.
got it working finally, there is a problem though, when i click the save button it won't change the filename all I get is video.mp4 or video (2).mp4 like that. Also there are no pop-ups on where to save the video, it will finish the video and then voila i've downloaded the file already... Now my bookmarklets wont work, but its fine.
Got to be honest I used the Extension version and the naming used to work fine ...
I only use this now 'cos the extension doesn't work in this latest version of Chrome ..
Hadn't noticed the naming thing ...
As for downloads this is set by you in 'Under the hood' so if you want to choose where to save your downloads you need to change your settings to 'ask where to save'
PS: You don't need the video to finish for the download to complete ...
Anyway with the problems you seem to be having I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall Chrome, I have several bookmarklets and they are all working fine ...
