Hello! Does anybody still have, locally, the old chrome SmoothScroll extension? They've recently droped it, sadly . If someone gave it to me I would be very grateful! Thank you very much!

Go here: "chrome://flags/" (paste url) scroll down, and enable it. Your welcome.
