All,

in IE8 when i set a site as a 'trusted' site, the status bar (loner left-hand corner) includes a timer to indicate how many minutes and seconds until 'Session Time-out'. This is helpful particularly at financial institutions (i.e. my bank).

My question: is there a Chrome plugin that would provide the 'time until session time outs' status information to me?

steps in IE8:
tools>>internet options>>security(tab)>>Trusted Sites>>Sites(button)>>add a trusted site.

The time out issue has been filed as a bug here:http://code.google.com/p/chromium/is...sort=&id=76230 You can add comments or simply "vote it up" to have the issue resolved. The more of us who comment and vote, the greater the chance they will actually do something about it.
