Love it ...Very Impressive work...I posted it on Stumbleupon in the Chrome Theme...Smooth is the word I would describe it...Love the themes as well...Well Done Chrome...
Still waiting for video downloader to be worked in smoothly...I know all about the scripts but I'm waiting for Chrome to come up with a cool idea like when a video is showing & you hover over it...it asks if you want to download as flv or mp4 etc...a buit in downloader...
are you kidding ? rank them right up there with marketing simply calling the new orange water ''orange drink'' . i've had saltines with the salt rubbed off that weren't as bland . i'd also like my 9 website preview home page back w/links and history on the side . this new look is okay but please don't tell me the themes are anything short of ''at least available'' .
For the record: Hello Kitty and Naruto Themes are the suck .

It's not the 8 thumbnails I object to, I can live with that. It's the disappearance of the search boxes and the recently created bookmarks bar that is bugging me. Instead of making it all optional so the user can decide if they want to use it, you just unilaterally decided to remove two of the features I liked most about the new tab page.
I've grown attached to those functions and now suddenly something I've got used to is no longer there for no good reason and people are even tweeting about chromes "new features". The only new feature I can see is those themes. They're looking pretty, but they don't actually offer any functional improvements.
Just make the old "new tab"-page available as an option -- make an extension if you have to.
I believe extensions are not supported in the current version of Stable Chrome
Well, in that case, why was it decided to remove those functionalities instead of making them optional? I need a solution here.
