    I had a lot of crashes as well until found this thread. Seems deactivating "RSS Subscription Extension 1.3" helped. Thanks!

    Deactivating TPGoogleReader seems to have solved my frequent crashing. Thanks for the hint.

    I'm running Chromium, but got the same problem.. The past 200 builds havn't worked for me, I have to run an old version, all the newer versions crashes just as I start it. On work I run Chrome, but latest version uses about 20% cpu after a while, thought only 1 tab open and no extensions installed... Seems as Chrome has gone the Firefox way, not testing code properly before commit :/

    I managed to fix my problem... I renamed/deleted the folder "C:\Users\Benni\AppData\Local\Chromium" where to others it would be An other name than benni, and then probatly Chrome.. Keep in mind that you loose your settings, så please backup !! (just rename folder).

    backup bookmarks, preferences, and I forgot what else;
    and then remove the contents of the Chrome/Chromium folder
    had to preform it a number of times with Chrome/Chromium previously

    suspect the cache got corrupted

    I don't think it's a cache problem.
    I resolved the crashes just by unistalling all the extensions
