    If I hit No, the browser will usually close instantly from crashing, but if I hit yes, it lags for a lot longer, and then doesn't restart the browser. Only time it works is if somehow the pop-up comes after the browser has already closed, or if it stays till the browser closes.

    Odd. I can force the crash (by opening the task manager twice) and everytime I hit yes it reloads fine. Then when I hit "restore" it does so.

    For some types of crashes it works, some it doesn't, it seems..I've gotten it to work a couple times.
