1. Is it possible to make tabs scroll like in FF? By default the tabs width is scaled depending on their quantity. Is it possible to make them scroll, not scale?

2. Is it possible to fast open recently closed tab by right click? Not opening new tab and clicking the "recently closed" area?

3. Is it possible to make favorite links drop-down menu with one button? Not the whole wide panel, but one small button (like "+" for new tab opening)?

3. Depending on which version of Chrome you are running;
adding --bookmark-menu
to the shortcut will give you a favorite button on the toolbar

The other questions will, hopefully, could be done with the use of extensions..
