Default Firefox feature for Chrome? Undo Close Tab

I just switched to Chrome and I really like it, super fast and efficient! However if I could make a suggestion for a future feature:

One feature I really liked about Firefox was the 'undo close tab' feature. If I closed a tab accidentally I could 'undo' closing the tab and bring it back up complete with browsing history for that tab. As if I never closed it.

Not sure if this is possible with Chrome, but I liked this feature from FF and would like to see it done in Chrome.

If you are on the Dev or Beta Channel, you can. If you open up a new tab, look under the Recently Closed list, and click on the window you just closed! As simple as that.

When you open a previously closed tab, it even still has the history for that page. So say I went to Yahoo, then made a search, then went to Google and made a search. But I accidentally closed my tab... I can press Ctrl + Shift + T, and I can cycle back through all the way to Yahoo!

I think the thing that frustrated me most was in the early days when all these intrepid FF fanatics tried Chrome out then bleted about the fact it had no add ins or extensions.

They seemed to forget that its taken FF the best part of 5 years to get where it is today !!

For my money Chrome does exactly what it says on the tin ...

It'll be interesting to see where Chrome is in the next 6 months, let alone the next 5 years !!!
