First, I do not mean I want a different theme for Google Chrome. I want to change the look of Windows so it looks like Google Chrome.

I am on Vista and I dislike the theme, Aero and Basic, so I am on Classic which is rather dull, and I really like the Google Chrome theme.

I have Googled to no avail.

To have custom themes on Windows Vista, you must patch it using a UXTheme patcher. You can follow the step by step tutorial here: howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/how-to-patch-windows-vista-to-enable-custom-themes-visual-styles/

After that, you can go to DeviantArt.com and go into "Customization > Windows Vista Utilities > Visual Styles" and you have some various themes (up to 1000) that you can install on Vista!

Its a free patch, not service.
Of course you have to be aware that patching Windows is dangerous if you don't know how to.
